The location here was perfect and the breakfast was amazing; the staff was efficient, attentive, and responded quickly to any requests.

The venue was clean and reasonably large. the pool was good. the staff was attentive and absolutely courteous. Truly enjoyed the great-sized suite with a very comfortable bed. the particularly good and incredible location was steps away from Slipstream Sculpture. Had a very special stay for the holidays.

The staff were consistently courteous and incredible and the location was excellent in the heart of New Orleans. There was dessert restaurant The Cheesecake Factory, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. I had double room which was tasteful, exceptionally comfortable bed. The breakfast was marvellous and outstanding, I thoroughly enjoyed a lot of food they served.

The staff were superbly friendly and efficient. the concierge service, wake up service, and a complimentary breakfast were free of charge. the hotel was in a central setting in downtown New Orleans.

The service was impeccable. We stayed on the club level and the lounge there provided comfortable and gracious surroundings where we met regularly for breakfast/snacks/wine/coffee/hors d'oeuvres/cocktails. The Concierge desk was very helpful in making reservations and planning how to best get to know the city. If you are there for jazz and to explore the city as we were, the location is superb.

The arrival process was distressing. We were booked for 3 rooms for 3 couples on the club level. One room wasn't ready. One room was very nice - just like the website showed. The third room was old, and unrenovated with a small badly dressed window, a small and very old utilitarian bathroom, furniture markings clearly visible on the walls and absolutely no sign of luxury whatsoever. We waited in line for 20 minutes at the front desk a second time in order to advise that this room was unacceptable. Within 10 minutes, we had 3 excellent rooms in close proximity. Their failure to assign us to these rooms in the first place left a bad taste.

8 oz Diet Coke $4.00 plus tax plus tip.... For a coke that's rediculous. I expect to pay a premium but $5.39 for a .75 coke.

It was a special place, had courteous staff from the doorman all the way to the concierge. Marvellous location, we were really close to the center of the city. Just 5 minutes on foot to Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 underground was a big plus.

Room door lock was broken. After several attempts to fix it unsuccessfully I moved to another room.

It was so beautiful and I loved the rooms. The rooms were so nice and the location was awesome!

The property at the Ritz-Carlton in New Orleans was fabulous and exceptionally comfortable. the staff, from the doorman to the concierge, was excellent. We had an amazing meal in the morning and enjoyed some astonishing food at the jazz bar. Our club king room was newly decorated with a working fireplace, a pretty marble bathroom, and a very comfortable bed. the pool area was good, and the location was great, not far from great restaurants, tourist attractions, antique shops.

The hotel is special and luxurious with attentive personnel for both service and delivering the food. The breakfast is awesome with variety of dishes. Loved our stay and would stay here again.

This spot is fantastic and quite tidy, with consistently polite and incredibly friendly staff from the doorman to the concierge, located conveniently on Bourbon Street making it easy to walk to nearby places.
